    With all our events, directly communicating with our key target market is a popular way of communication.   • Don’t forget to read your exhibitor manual. It will provide all the information you require about setup, break down and everything in between. We will email this out to each exhibitor before the Show.

  • All exhibitors receive a complimentary listing in our Show Guide. These are provided free to all visitors.

  • Each exhibitor will receive an allocation of exhibitor passes which include free parking and access to the Show. You can order additional passes for a small fee. We also offer our Hamilton exhibitors and visitors onsite accommodation at our Event Park & Stay for those of you with a motorhome or caravan.
