Exhibitor Info - Here's all you need to know for our Hamilton Show.....

HAM - Arrival Gate

A reminder that all exhibitors must arrive at Mystery Creek via GATE 1, Mystery Creek Road. Please refer to your set up schedule for your individual set up times which will be emailed to you closer to the date.

HAM - Induction

Every exhibitor and contractor, that includes staff, Drivers, Family members, Volunteers, anyone associated with your site, is required to complete the online induction form below before being allowed access on to the venue on any days prior to Show days. Every person onsite on pack in days MUST wear a HiViz vest…. no vest, no entry!

If you do not do this induction online prior to the day, you will need to go through the manual induction process on arrival at the gate entry and will need to allow a 10 min delay for this to occur. Please remember that no children under the age of 16 will be allowed on site at any time during pack in and pack out.

HAM - Exhibitor Passes

These must be collected from the Show office before you begin setting up your site, we do have security on site who are monitoring this. If you need to order or purchase more passes please let Jenny know, [email protected]

Health & Safety Induction – To be completed by each individual exhibitor or contractor who will be at Mystery Creek for pack in and pack out days only

Hazard Form – One form to be completed per company

Describe the hazard. This can be anything from tripping, falling, slipping, etc
Describe the control measure you will have in place to mitigate the hazard
