Exhibitor Passes Entitlement: Exhibitors will receive 2 passes per stand (maximum of 6 for Multiples sites.) Additional exhibitor passes can be purchased at $20.00 each (incl GST) for Hamilton and $18.00 (incl GST) for Christchurch. Discounted One Day Passes can also be brought for $12 (incl GST) each for Hamilton and $10 (incl GST) for Christchurch.

Outside trade sites: Electrical power supply can be arranged at a cost of $250.00 plus GST per site. This must be indicated on booking. Late advise on power will incur a $70.00 fee.

For Hamilton bookings - to be followed by a further 30% instalment due by 20 June 2020, with the balance payable by 18 August 2020. For Christchurch bookings - to be followed by a further 30% instalment due by 20 July 2020, with the balance payable by 10 September 2020*
